Yarn Requirements: This project uses super bulky weight yarn, categorized as size 6. You’ll need approximately 12 oz (340 g) of yarn, equating to about 212 yards (194 m). For this pattern, we recommend using 2 skeins of Wool-Ease Thick & Quick by Lion Brand, each skein weighing 6 oz (170g) and measuring 106 yards (97m).
Needle Specifications: To achieve your desired look, you'll need circular needles sized US 10 1/2 (6.5mm) and US 13 (9mm), or another size that helps you obtain the right gauge.
Additional Materials: To complete this cozy set, you'll also need a pompom maker and a tapestry needle for finishing touches.
Gauge: To ensure a perfect fit, aim for a gauge of 12 stitches and 8 rows to equal 4” in a drop stitch pattern when using size 13 needles. Remember, to save time and guarantee your project looks its best, please check your gauge before you start.
