Yet Another Stretchy Helper Shopping Bag

$1.91

Welcome to the third and final installment of the beloved Stretchy Helper series! :D This versatile knitting pattern can be crafted into a delightful bag that’s perfect for all your shopping needs. The two previous designs in this series are the popular Stretchy Helper Shopping Bag and the charming Another Stretchy Helper Shopping Bag.

This pattern allows you to create a bag with either one or two handles, giving you the flexibility to choose the style that best suits your needs. Whether you prefer a simple approach or want to add extra functionality, this bag has you covered!

Required skills and knowledge: Before you get started, ensure you are comfortable with one of the following cast-on methods: Emily Ocker’s Cast-On (you’ll need a crochet hook for this technique), Figure-8 Cast-On, Judy's Magic Cast-On, or Magic Ring Cast-On. Additionally, you'll need to know how to work in the round, Kitchener stitch, as well as basic knitting skills like knit (k), knit front and back (kfb), knit two together (k2tog), purl (p), slip-knit-pass over (skpo), and yarn over (yo).

Size Alterations: If you want to customize the length of your bag, simply repeat rows 23-30 as many times as needed to achieve your desired size. For adjustments to the handle length, repeat rows 52-53 or 57-62 (depending on whether you’re making one or two handles) until you reach your preferred handle length.

Please note: This knitting pattern is intended for private use only. We kindly ask that you do not reproduce, share, trade, sell, or create bags for commercial sale using this pattern. Happy knitting!
