Analucia Shawl

$5.25

Explore our beautifully designed knitting pattern that requires 2 (2, 3) skeins of Fiddle Knits Fibers, Aria, a luxurious yarn made from 70% superwash merino, 20% nylon, and 5% stellina. Each skein provides an impressive 438 yards at 100 grams, making it a perfect choice for your next project. The Aria yarn is shown in a Natural/un-dyed colorway, allowing its soft texture to truly shine.

Alternatively, you can choose 2 (2, 3) skeins of Fiddle Knits Fibers, Polka, crafted from 100% superwash merino. Each skein offers 400 yards at 100 grams, also in fingering weight. This stunning yarn is depicted in the enchanting “Dusk” colorway, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to your creation.

Needles: You will need two US size 6 (4mm) circular needles with a 32” or longer cable, or a needle that helps you achieve the desired gauge. We recommend having two needles of the same size, or one needle paired with scrap yarn. For optimal results, using two needles is advised.

Working with Aria or Dye-A-Tonic yarn, aim to achieve a gauge of 16 stitches and 36 rows = 4” in a k2tog, yo pattern, and 22 stitches and 28 rows = 4” in relaxed stockinette stitch. Keep in mind that Polka yarn may exhibit more stretch during blocking, allowing for gauge adjustments between 18 and 17 stitches to 4” in the k2tog, yo pattern.

Notions: For this knitting pattern, you will optionally need 393 (431, 530) size 6 seed beads, four stitch markers, and a tapestry needle for weaving in ends. If you only have one circular needle, don’t worry! You can use scrap yarn to assist with the project.

Why the Penny Price? It was necessary to establish a price point for this pattern, ensuring its value is recognized.
