Dark side of the moon
Many thanks to my amazing test knitters team: Herrmine, Skyhooked, happyhour, and Hintermhaus. They did an outstanding job, and it was an absolute pleasure working with them!
Pattern Overview
In this pattern, my goal was to design an incredibly simple sweater that stands out beautifully in reverse stockinette stitch. This sweater features a minimalistic approach, devoid of any visible decorative details—focusing solely on its construction. It includes well-fitting shoulders, a soft turtle neck, and a gently rounded hem—simple yet stylish! The cuffs are finished as an i-cord bind off or can alternatively be crafted as small purled cuffs to add a subtle touch of personality.
The entire sweater is worked on its reverse side in stockinette stitch to eliminate the need for purling, making it an enjoyable project for knitters of all skill levels. One of the delightful features of this sweater is that you can wear it on either side. Just make sure to weave in the tails carefully through the stitches for a polished look.
Recommended Materials for SIZE M
