Please note that the sample tied up approximately 150 yards of yarn. As you select your materials, remember that your total yardage may vary based on your chosen gauge and the desired size of your tie.

Needles: To achieve the best results for this project, use US size 3 needles (3.25mm) or whichever size you need to obtain the correct gauge.

Gauge: For this tie pattern, aim for a gauge of 6 stitches per inch in seed stitch, blocked to achieve the desired texture and look.
