Yarn Requirements: To create the Winter Dreams Hat, you will need a total of:
- MC: 180 (180, 200) yards of worsted weight yarn (270 yards = 100 grams) for the main color.
- CC1: 40 (40, 60) yards of worsted weight yarn for the first contrasting color.
- CC2: 50 (50, 70) yards of worsted weight yarn for the second contrasting color.
Feel free to use any quality worsted weight yarn to achieve the correct pattern gauge for optimal results.
Needle Size: You'll need US 4/3.5mm straight needles, as well as US 4 (3.5 mm) DPNs or a 31" (80cm) needle if you prefer using the magic loop technique for small circumferences.
Sizes Available: The pattern includes two sizes: a Child size designed to fit up to an 18” (46cm) circumference, and an Adult size ideal for head sizes from 19 to 22 inches (48 to 56 cm) in circumference. This ensures that everyone can enjoy the warm and stylish Winter Dreams Hat!
