Yarn: For this project, we recommend using Yarn Love Elinor Dashwood. You will need the following amounts: Main Color (MC): Bare Sheep (undyed) - 200 (230, 260) yards (180 (210, 240) meters); Contrast Color (CC): Cranberry - 25 (30, 35) yards (23 (27, 31) meters. Choose these colors to create beautiful contrast and make your mitts truly standout.

Needles and Notions: To achieve the best results, you'll need a US Size 1.5 (2.5 mm) needle for your preferred method of working small diameters in the round, or a size that allows you to obtain the desired gauge. Additionally, have a circular needle or double-pointed needles that are two sizes smaller than the ones used to achieve gauge for the eyelet edging. Don't forget a crochet hook approximately the same diameter as your needle size for the provisional cast-on, as well as some scrap yarn for both the provisional cast-on and the thumb section. A cable needle (if you choose to use one; the cable is made up of 1 stitch over 2 stitches) will be handy, along with three stitch markers labeled A, B, and C, and a tapestry needle for finishing touches.

So gather your materials and start this rewarding knitting journey today! These mitts not only make perfect gifts but also serve as a warm accessory for yourself.
